A NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING.
We strongly suggest if you do not have a secure area for your package to be delivered to that you note in the customer comments/more information section on the payment page that you want sent with a signature required. If you do not request a signature required (which we will pay for)You are solely responsible for the end result of receiving the package once it leaves our possession. Our delivery confirmation receipt will serve as the completion of our transaction. Thank you for your cooperation.

We ship via Federal Express, United Parcel Service and US Postal Service. We are limited in the way we can calculate shipping. We have a cost based formula which works most of the time. However, if you order more expensive items it can inflate your shipping. We will ALWAYS try to ship your order via the most inexpensive but also the most efficient way. If we are able to save you on shipping, we gladly refund you the difference at the time of shipping. After all, shipping is expensive enough!

We can now send orders via FedEx Next Day Air and 2 day Express shipping. A premium charge will be added to your order and you will need to contact us for exact costs to you and other details about your shipment.

Category Structure for Kits

In an effort to meet the needs of all turners we are breaking out our products into Different Lines.

HOBBY LINE:

This is the most economical line of kits we offer. It's great for beginners, Hobbyists, and re-sellers alike. We purchase directly from our Manufacturer which keeps the costs lower. We offer a 100% Satisfaction gurantee on all products in this line and stand behind the Quality offered.

PSI WOODWORKING BRAND:

This is the Brand which is carried by Penn State Industries and over 200 other Dealers. We list the more popular items but do keep many things in stock. We can also get you just about any kit in Penn State Industries Woodturning Catalog at a very competitive price. Just give us a call or email us with your item questions and we will give you a quote.

PRO LINE:

These are our higher priced kits due to more parts and higher costs over the HOBBY LINE but still Non-Penn State kits. We will continue to add products as we find the appropriate quality items.

RETURN POLICY: Unused Merchandise may be returned within 15 days for a refund of the full purchase price. After 15 days we require a 20% restocking fee. We do not offer refunds on merchandise that is over 90 days since the date of purchase.

Special note: We do not accept any kits back that have been removed from their bags or otherwise separated out. This would qualify them as used.
