Pre-assembled and Includes Black Powder Coated Tube in 27/64 or 3/8. 10mm tube is plain brass and you will need to push our tube out with the tube from the kit you intend to use with the blank. Do not order first glue with 10mm kit.  This kit cannot be personalized due to the lack of clear area. Blank is covered with design all the way around.
